@boohoo sort your customer service out and stop trying to scam customers being told that my refund has been sent to a gift card which wasn't selected at any point and you refused to acnowledge that. You stop responding to messages ive questioned missing items multiple times

@SamirKamani @boohoo @BBCWatchdog I returned items & was issued giftcard refund instead of my original payment.I did not expressly agree to store credit and there is no evidence of consent.Under UKconsumer law refunds must be to the original payment method unless expressly agreed

@dullam_lara @boohoo Same thing happened to me! I am getting nowhere with their customer service!! I’ve disputed mine with Pay Pal Credit so hoping to get it resolved. Also reported them to trading standards as they are definitely breaking consumer rights law

@boohoo I was refunded via gift card without my consent – which I did NOT want. I’ve been trying to contact you for over a week with no response. I’m a regular shopper, yet you take my money and then don’t want to know. Disappointing service. I won’t be shopping with you again.

Most of these 'assistants' have zero to do with either company and are scammers waiting to jump on these posts trying to get personal details from you. I also had issues with refunds from both companies. Paypal refunded me in the end. Did you pay through them?

Also beware of these 'advisors' asking for your details Most are nothing to do with Boohoo. They are scammers trying to get your info. Normally with very few followers!

Customer Services these days have gone to the Dogs. When did it become acceptable to allow businesses to communicate with you via AI and then think it’s good practice to wait 24 hours to speak with a human? @boohoo you shouldn’t be allowed to trade
