Joint Statement by CIJA, @UJAFederation, and @FederationCJA:  There is a coordinated campaign to erase Jewish life in Canada. And it is not only being waged through violence and intimidation. For months, a veritable witch hunt across various channels has targeted all Jewish community institutions with the goal of erasing Jewish life in this country. Today, this campaign, orchestrated by radical anti-Jewish and anti-Israel groups, has crossed a new threshold by attacking our community's schools, with a clear and blatant intent to weaponize the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Fringe activists have filed malicious complaints targeting 11 of our schools across Canada, as well as members of our community. The goal is not transparency, but a blatant desire to paralyze and destroy Jewish community life in Canada. Targeting our schools means targeting our children, and that is unacceptable. Let’s recall the facts: since October 7, Jewish schools have faced real threats—gunshots, incendiary devices, antisemitic graffiti, and harassment. Instead of protecting children, these malicious actors prefer to put a target on their backs, using them as pawns for their vile antisemitic propaganda, which ultimately attacks the very values of our country. CIJA, supported by leading legal experts, is actively engaged with the government to counter this offensive. While there is no indication of elevated security threat, we will continue to work with Security Networks all across the country and authorities on security and safety. Targeting Jewish schools means targeting Canadian children, which is sickening and unacceptable. We trust that Canada Revenue Agency will reject this cynical attack on the integrity of schools that, every day, proudly teach Canadian values.

Hasan Aydin is a Supervisor for JMX Environmental, a demolition company that is a member of @OADemolitionC and a member of @LiUNACanada Local 506. Hasan Aydin is an instrumental individual responsible for the targeted harassment of the Bathurst & Sheppard Jewish community for the last 1.5 years. Without him, the hate gatherings may not be possible given his role that no others provide. Hasan Aydin uses his company vehicle (@ONTransport License BX-67424) to provide logistics to transport the hate materials seen at the protests including flags, signs, audio amplification equipment, chairs, and everything else used for the gatherings. He does so while wearing clothing that represents Liuna Local 506. These materials include signs that depict Jews as rats & naked creatures, which saw an arrest & pending several more. Hasan Aydin also used the company ladders to tear down posters of Israeli hostages & other materials put up by the Jewish community there. Hasan Aydin has even used his JMX Environmental truck to transport these materials to target a synagogue in Thornhill as documented by @TheMenzoid of @RebelNewsOnline where he appears on the cover photograph of the video while wearing clothing that represents his union. The license of the vehicle BX-67424 he uses to provide logistics for these targeted acts against the Jewish community belong to Charlie Dahl, the owner of JMX Environmental Inc. Eric Bahl is also the Director of Liuna 506. This is a Notice of Public Interest to the Jewish community of Bathurst & Sheppard in Toronto regarding this radical individual who travels out of his way to target their community while using vehicles, equipment, and materials from JMX Environmental owned by Charlie Bahl. We also urge the Jewish community to boycott JMX Environmental given their instrumental use in providing materials for hate gatherings against Jews in Toronto until this issue has been rectified & an apology made to the affected community. All materials provided were obtained via publicly available sources & does not contain any forms of private media.

So this is the woman that is placing value on a man - who legally should be deported - over the families of 29 other ppl who were negatively impacted in one of the worst crashes in SK history… Shame on her.
