YALL!!! I finally got my stuff! @SouthwestAir did, in fact, deliver it to the wrong hotel. But @Hilton has unparalleled customer service and held my bag. I’m so thankful 😭

Also @SouthwestAir is the reason my luggage is delayed??? So I’m sorry but the cargo restrictions really aren’t my problem?

I know I messed up not putting them in my carry on— I own that, I take my meds at night so I didn’t think to— but at this point I guess @SouthwestAir just wants me to stop every mental health medication I take cold turkey. Cool cool coool.

Also let’s not forgot @SouthwestAir are the reason why my bag was delayed??? How is cargo restriction my problem??? Tom Hanks in castaway would never.

I’m so frustrated by this experience with @SouthwestAir I don’t even want to fly home. Also I’d like my medications before I really freak out. 😬🙃

@SouthwestAir why does your app now say you’re in the process of locating my bag? Seriously, it was in Orlando yesterday, you replied and said it was in Midway, where is my stuff??? Why is it this hard to get updates???

The people who helped me at Birmingham were wonderful, but when they called Orlando @SouthwestAir baggage didn’t answer. Y’all don’t even have direct lines to each other?!
