Wahabi isn’t the only Muslim group yang lawan Uthmaniyah. Muhammad Ali Pasha, seorang anti-Wahabi, pun pernah memberontak lawan Uthmaniyah. Sharif Hussein yang bukan Wahabi pun memberontak. Syeikh Bedreddin, tokoh Sufi tahun 1416 memberontak lawan Uthmaniyah.

@msyaz80 @realMaalouf You are choosing a highly multi-ethnic, multi-religion nations. It is considered a moderate Muslim country, similar to UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia. They have chosen western values over Islam. Modernity over barbarism.

Syria (Aleppo) in the 1950s, when 40% of the population was Christian. Today, it’s less than 1%. This is the case for all the Middle East under Islam. Funny how no one cares about this genocide.

@Goatedko While the whole world including Sunni Muslims stand with Shia Iran, the Sunni leadership of the world are still not done debating whether they should end their animosity towards the Shia and begin giving moral support to the Shia fighting the apes teen regime. Let that sink in.

🤣 Of course Zakir Naik is telling Sneako that Malaysia is the ‘ideal’ country for Muslims — the most Sharia-compliant place away from war. That’s the real appeal for influencers converting right now: a system that gives them unchallenged power, baked-in male dominance, and legal supremacy over non-Muslims (kafirs). Liberals keep calling it “diversity” while this ideology quietly builds parallel societies under Sharia. The trend is crystal clear. #Kafirophobia

Thailand has also been actively promoting Peranakan culture. In fact, no one appropriates Peranakan culture more than them. In Peranakan tradition, you wouldn’t wear this white “baju dalam” outside the house. And of course, they do it largely to attract tourists.

Aside from the obvious anti-minority sentiment in SG, the main reason for this is just how culture is marketed in the modern world. "Culture" today is seen as something you show tourists, and it has to be perceived as reasonably unique from the neighbours

Iranian embassies worldwide have ramped up social media activity to appeal to global audiences by highlighting Iran's multifaceted cultural heritage, ancient history, hospitality, and peaceful civilian life. This counters the US-Israeli portrayal of Iran as a fanatical terrorist state. It's classic statecraft in an era of hybrid warfare.

Hindus did not own the land in the first place to give away. Instead, around 300,000 km² of sovereign Indian Muslim princely states (~10% of India) were integrated by the Indian Republic in 1947–48. Also, Muslims did a great favour upon Hindus by partitioning India. Here is why. ——— Copying this previous post of mine. [x.com/i/status/19649…] ——— Partition, coupled with communal riots, decisively altered the balance of power in the subcontinent. It unified the Hindus under a single sovereign Indian state while dividing Muslims into two separate entities. In doing so, it weakened Muslim influence and enabled Hindus to assert absolute control over nearly 35 per cent of the British Indian Muslim population. The Hindu-majoritarian state of India further consolidated this dominance by annexing Indian Muslim-ruled princely states covering roughly 300,000 square kilometres. For Indian Muslims, this represented an irretrievable loss: blamed for Partition, deprived of sovereign rule, and permanently reduced to a subordinate status under a Hindu-led political order. This weakening of Muslim strength was not only territorial but also demographic. Across regions stretching from Punjab and Haryana to Delhi, Muslims lost the numerical advantage they might otherwise have gained through natural population growth, which could have rendered these provinces Muslim-majority today. In contrast, the influx of Hindu migrants from Pakistan strengthened Hindu society, ensuring that they remained under the protection and consolidation of a Hindu-led state. The political consequences were equally stark. In a united India, Hindu influence over decision-making, as well as their control of the army and critical ministries such as foreign and home affairs, would have been considerably limited. Partition, however, dismantled Muslim political strength, granting Hindus unchallenged dominance over the subcontinent through its largest and most powerful state. This shift enabled them not only to dictate policies at the national level but also to interfere directly in Muslim communal and personal affairs. For Indian Muslims, Partition resulted in long-term political suppression. Stripped of their collective strength, they were relegated to a state of perpetual vulnerability, insecurity, and fear. This experience sharply contrasted with that of Hindus who migrated from Pakistan, many of whose subsequent generations have thrived within the protective framework of a Hindu-majoritarian state. In retrospect, the outcomes of Partition overwhelmingly favoured the Hindu community. Today, Hindus command a position of power and cohesion unmatched even during the Gupta era. Across every measure of strength political, territorial, demographic the evidence points to Hindus as the ultimate beneficiaries of Partition, despite the heavy human toll suffered by both communities.

No, Hindus were never tolerant. Instead, they were among the most intolerant beings of their age. The intolerance was to such a degree that consuming food from the house of a different caste or religion, or even marriage within the same caste but different regionality, could lead to bahishkar (social outcasting) from the caste community. The Peshwa diaries are one amongst the many valuable source regarding this. There are many cases in these alone. At one instance, a group of Brahmins consumed food in the house of a converted Muslim Brahmin. The Peshwa sent his men to make them perform penance. Utterly distressed by that, they all embraced Islam. In another case, a Konkani pundit married his daughter to a Gujarati pundit, and he was outcasted.
AVS@avs_IND

Hindus have been the most tolerant people on earth. That tolerance is now being systematically weaponized against them
