Oh sorry they are themselves radicals, System - it means the govt staff even which has been recruited from judges to even IAS all are the same radicalized, then how you can expect the change.

Recently visited Surat and honestly it’s a very underrated city in India. Amazing infrastructure, beautiful buildings, so many flyovers and wide roads..driving is actually fun. Very little pollution, great food, metro coming up across the city. Even the government medical facilities are impressive.

@RijhwaniSheetal Yes it's even better than indore, they have increased their Green cover over 5 times in last few years, you will find Buses running over the Drains, and parks on it. Every year there is new development get added.
