@TicketmasterCS I uninstalled the coop app, reinstalled, logged in again to coop membership and ticketmaster, tried mobile data. Different browser/device no possible as the presale is only accessible through the coop app. So do you have any other advice?

Last time I try to use @TicketmasterUK to buy @TheCoopLive presale tickets. Didn't work last time, disappointed son, didn't work this time, disappointed daughter. Lesson learned: avoid @TicketmasterCS and @TheCoopLive
