Starlink SADC The Darker Blue Region represents areas with the highest latencies in the World on the Starlink Network. The SADC Region does not have a Starlink Ground station and hence why the region is dark. The Digital Economy is growing faster than the physical economy, setting up Ground Stations will improve the fibre backbone, IXPs and open up digital corridors. This is inline with SADC's Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan (RISDP) 2020-2030

1/2 Today’s debate on the PVO Bill was like no other. We debated clause by clause. Minister conceded to numerous of our amendment proposals. Midway, the Minister dug in & the clause went to a vote. 62 Opposition MPs stood together in defense of the people. We lost by 8 votes.
