As you fight corruption @BalaamBarugahar, I know you depend mainly on accounts of big people in offices & politicians at different levels. You may not also be privy to intelligence reports that have been sent to those with privileged information. However, remember to use “invisible people”. The corrupt usually forget, that the invisible people see everything. These include, the cleaners, tea girls, drivers, escorts, registry staff, errand boys, accounts register keepers, etc. Those in big offices are partners in crime or eye same positions to have their time to “eat”. Check your shoulders!

Bse after 40 years, we don’t have a public transport system. Not even public buses. Our public health is for the "museum" – as Justice Mulyagonja recently noted.
