@mtnug I think this month you will have to refund fiber internet data because one day internet is on and another day it’s off constantly. It’s mainly due to road construction works that’s everywhere

@elonmusk @tunguz That’s a wild dream. Nature dictates that there will be those above others. It’s not only in humans but see the animal kingdom. So there has to be those above above trillionaires and the leader of them all

@Samwyri @bentique3 We are talking about common sense. Follow Maslows hierarchy of needs to build the society and the nation. Tourism is like music, it should sell itself. It does not make sense to disburse the funds for pleasure when medical interns cannot be paid.

Ugandans learnt the word “Envy” and “nugu” as defence to avoid any accountability. That was Obore and AAA in 2024 when Agora was doing exposes. That Agora had nugu. Same here. How are these people wired? These and all those people with haters. That isht is sad and hilarious.

We all have seen @wekesa_amos and team fighting to raise @RwenzoriMarathn to the heights they are now and for us to start getting envious and start trash talking them only speaks of who we truly are. Just a bunch of lazy fools that never appreciate other people’s work.

@BebeCoolUG Your suggestion is good. additionally govt should have better roads, schools should be liable even if parents have signed consent Incase investigation confirm that the schools were in the wrong. Tours can be very early morning buses should not be on road by 5pm

I welcome govt’s decision to suspend all school education trips pending comprehensive investigations into the tragic accident that claimed the lives of pupils and teachers of King David Junior School, Ndejje. This is a necessary first step. But it cannot end there. I earlier called upon govt to put in place stringent rules to protect our children. Specifically, I proposed that: 1. All school trips must be approved by the Ministry of Education and Sports. 2. All vehicles carrying children must undergo strict mechanical and roadworthiness inspections. 3. All drivers transporting children must undergo proper fitness and background checks. I would like to further reiterate that these measures should not be limited to educational trips alone. They must also cover sports activities, including professional sports clubs. Some clubs, especially in the Uganda Premier League, own and use vehicles that are not roadworthy. This puts our players — who are also our children — at great risk. I therefore call upon the relevant government agencies and ministries to put in place stricter measures to approve both drivers and vehicles that transport players ahead of the upcoming local football season. Once again, I send my love, thoughts, and prayers to the families, the school, and all loved ones of the pupils and teachers who perished. May their souls rest in eternal peace. @OfficialFUFA @Educ_SportsUg @NCSUganda1 @OgwangOgwang @MosesMagogo @UPL

🤯KIMI K3 ABSOLUTELY MOGS! BEATING Opus 4.8, GPT 5.5, and even Fable 5 in multiple benchmarks. They scored 1688 on GDPval-AA v2 🔥 This is a completely different breed of open-source models Kimi creates better games and front-end designs than Fable 5, but it's 8x cheaper! The results coming out are truly impressive! I will be testing this out further and posting multiple tests today. Stay tuned!

Two billion people wear glasses every day. Zuckerberg just compared AI glasses to the iPhone moment. When the iPhone launched, everyone had flip phones. It was just a matter of time before they all became smartphones. He says the same thing is about to happen with glasses. One to two billion people already wear them for vision correction. Add sunglasses wearers and the total addressable market approaches the entire planet's eight billion. Meta sold seven million Ray-Ban smart glasses last year. They look identical to normal glasses. The AI features are what make them different from every previous attempt at smart eyewear. The smartphone era is ending. The glasses era is starting.

The world is experiencing an unprecedented shortage of skilled professionals. Countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia are actively recruiting doctors, nurses, engineers, chefs, teachers, ICT specialists, pilots, construction workers and caregivers to sustain their economies. Ageing populations, declining birth rates and expanding industries have made labour mobility a global necessity. Labour migration is therefore not a crisis but a vital economic reality that benefits both receiving and sending countries through skills transfer, employment opportunities and remittances. The future belongs to nations that invest in developing skilled human capital for the global labour market. #labor #ILO #employement

The traditional way has been to match the best against the weak in the knockout stage so as to set up competitive stages ahead. Overtime that meant not taking earlier games seriously. This format gives some nice balanced competitive games in the early stages and set ups the tournament throughout for enjoyment

FIFA’s draw system needs a rethink. Securing first place should automatically guarantee a favourable draw in the round of 32. It’s simply not fair for first and second to face off. Instead, the top team should draw against the best third-placed teams and four other third-placed teams.
