My debut World Cup… it hurts to wait 4 years to compete at the highest level our sport has to offer. I want to say sorry to our fans it was not good enough when it mattered most and we let you down
Soccer in America will only become bigger the belief, the talent, and the passion is continually growing and I know the best days are in front of us, the future belongs to those who never stop believing, this moment will fuel us. We will be back
Why not us?
For the nation. For the flag.

@hegelpill@ReadMoreLieLess@TheMuppetPastor You know, genuinely, I have no idea how to convince people like you that you've been proven wrong.
Facts, logic, common sense are all ignored. I've never encountered such a mass hallucination that this cult of personality experiences.
Like - what would convince you?
Congrats to Belgium for crushing the US team. They folded like a cheap suit. And yes, we talked a big game, so I expect the jokes to continue.
What Europe doesn’t understand is that half the country doesn’t even know there was a game last night, and the half that was rooting for the USA has already moved on to baseball and anticipating college/NFL football.
Far from being devastated, Americans just shrugged. It’s not a soul crushing loss like it would be for other nations because we have many other sports.
@mtobinlaw@ReadMoreLieLess@TheMuppetPastor Not nearly the shame Biden did, or Kamala would have. Literally your opinion and your imagination. Imagine hating him so much, and you guys got NOTHING better. Your options were *even worse.*
@hegelpill@ReadMoreLieLess@TheMuppetPastor Spite? Towards Trump?
No sir.
Spite is much too tame of a feeling for one who has inflicted such pain, misery, and humiliation on this nation and its people. He is a national shame.
Why the whole world hates team USA?
1. Their supporters are insufferable
2. The team is arrogant, a US trait
3. Their supporters have NO IDEA of the rules of FOOTBALL
4. Their paedophile president is a BULLY who shook down corrupt bitch Infantino
5. A clear red card was reversed
When they did play through the right, they had overlapping runners, dynamic play, and created their few clear chances on goal.
Yet, even following those breakthroughs, they returned to trying to hammer through the left.
What's the deal? Trying to play for Flo's left? Help!
yet I don't remember a single clear chance or entry into the final third by doing this. In fact, I can only remember a handle of overhit crosses at best.
On the other hand (or side of the pitch), the right side was seemingly never targeted...(2/3)
I've been a US Soccer supporter my whole life - watching us in the World Cup since 1990.
Can people worldwide with expert level knowledge please chime in on this #USABEL thought please:
The U.S. attack seemed insistent to force left side through A. Robinson (Jedi)...(1/3)
Belgium can have the soccer win. They earned it.
But to all the Europeans talking crazy… we’ll happily line up on the football field next.
11 vs 11. Pads on. No running away. Let’s see who owns “football.” 🇺🇸🏈😂
I don’t need the US to win the World Cup. I don’t need them to get to any particular threshold.
I just want them to contend against the better teams in a way that inspires pride. Getting punked at home by a team anchored by Aston Villa’s third best player does not inspire pride
