@mtpulse928 This is incorrect. If you provide sufficient evidence, the account will be restored globally. My friend also contacted them and proved that he lives outside of Vietnam. He proved this by logging into his PlayStation account from his country and through his ID.

@RblxTracker I advise you to check with support by showing them your last registration from your country, as well as any Roblox purchases made in your local currency before transferring your VNG account, and also your ID.

After checking the replies, most players are still being told by Roblox Support to create a new global account. The only partially working methods reported so far are contacting VNG support and trying to convince them to manually switch the account location back (one user said it worked for them before it became stricter), and consistently using your official home network without any VPN so Roblox can update the location through your real IP. What do you think of this situation with VNG?
