@abdullahaabbasi I deployed the clip but did not resect. Then went back with regular scope to dissect over clip with hot snare. I do it when i fear clip maldeployment.

@muhammadbaigmd What would be staged approach here Arslan bhai? You deploy the clip first and bring them back for resection?

Endoscopic full-thickness resection of a duodenal NET in a challenging location. Thankful to the amazing team at Methodist Dallas who made this possible and to the continued innovations in therapeutic endoscopy.

@abdullahaabbasi Yes and the fear remains if clip deploys before the cutting. For same reason i took a staged approach

@muhammadbaigmd Great job. I find the angulation really hard for FTRD. Even after dilation the pylorus, it is hard to get across at times. Great job as always 👏
