🚨New publication!!🚨African American (AA) men have a higher risk of prostate cancer (PrCa) mortality and incidence. @meghatron2016 and colleagues identified AA-specific PrCa risk variants and show that including AA men in genetic risk models is critical for performance.

Fantastic Fungi and where to find them 🍄 On the cover of @CellCellPress, @StraussmanR lab reports that fungi are present across all major human cancers and some "mycobiomes" can be predictive of clinical outcomes and therapy response. Congrats @liannarunsky &al @WeizmannScience!
