And just like that: @SenRubenGallego (D-AZ) says he will vote ‘yes’ today on advancing the Clarity Act to the full Senate, but caveats that his vote here does not translate into a yes vote on the floor. “We have come close but not finished an agreement on ethics guardrails for all elected officials…but if this is not resolved by the time of the floor… I am not afraid to vote no.”
