Time has come to shift to something else like legendary Mannol for my TDi horses. Since 2016 i ws hardcore end user of M***L But things have changed, good OE specifications removed to cater to BS6 diesels even in 5w40 grades and to make ACEA C3 Significant drop in quality i observed, lot of oil consumption n significant drop in flash point as per my own test tube torchi test. Key points for Mannol 7727 Ceramic Ultra ✅ Group 5 high quality ESTER blend formulation ✅ Comes with Hexagonal Boron Nitride (White graphite-Ceramic) ✅ Non existent metal to metal contact due to Ball bearing effect offers zero resistance ✅ PAO plus Ester (Best of both worlds) ✅ Long list of approvals ❌ ACEA A3/B4 means strict no for DPF equipped BS6 Diesels But there is something else for DPF equipped diesels. Right. Actually in every car, low pressure fuel pump that mainly have 3 components… low voltage electric motor, Fuel Gauge float and pipe strainer that is just above base of fuel tank for fuel suction just from lowest level of tank. Low fuel level force strainer to suck fuel frm below where usually micron level debris remains stick to floor of fuel tank as we can exactly see in our septic tanks at roofs in our houses where we can clearly see debris that sticks to floor. The strainer just have plastic mesh on tip which cnt refrain that debris forcing motor to push all this debris towards engine bay

Petrol neeche se hi pick karta hai pump Real reason to avoid very low fuel: • Fuel pump cooling • Risk of fuel starvation • Long-term pump stress if habitually driven near empty Don’t make a habit of running below 10%, but you don’t need to refill at 25% like it’s mandatory. Debris wala main personally believe nahi karta, fuel filter would not let that go inside imho. @munish111188

@volklub long time no see. I have a question. I have heard many people say, always keep 20/25% in your fuel tank, refuel it whenever it touches this 25% mark. NEVER let it empty till end, bcoz whatever dust particle, #E20 liquid gathers at the bottom, it will reach car's engine, if we make it run till Empty levels. BUT, if fuel tank is like this👇and it obviously shakes a lot as the car moves. Whatever dust, E20 liquid is there, gets mixed all over tank. So it reaches Engine anyhow. So, is it a good advice to NEVER LET YOUR TANK GO EMPTY?

@volklub Sir , in one of the cars Diesel Compass that i have , there are droplets seen on the hand if i remove dip stick n put my hand over the cavity. Remember manish saying this is a problem or sign of upcoming one .service centre says normal for diesel cars . Kindly advise

@ca_shridhar @volklub Juddering while braking means only one thing clearly… Brake discs are in bad shape. Both discs (rotors) need to be skimmed on lathe to make thr uneven surface even. And if thr thickness is below 18mm. They needs replacement

Thanks. As of now the issue is cleared. Brake pads were good, the service centre said it's normal at 34k km. Skimming the disks resolved the issue. But you and Munishji can definitely guide what causes wearing these parts and what type of driving can delay such wearing. e.g. at times in city traffic we use only brakes.

@volklub recently I was driving on the expressway at 90-100 kmph. I noticed while applying brakes, the steering wheel had vibration. (Creta NA Automatic) When I went to the service station, they showed me circular lines on the front wheel disk brakes and told me that it's causing this vibration at high speed. With our expert Munishji, can you please post a video where one can take care of automatic cars for a long time when cars are used mainly in city traffic where generally brakes are used a lot. TIA

Now this is interesting. This is how i test different engine oils for their flash point and TBN claims. Literally shocking this test was. I used Butane gas torch along with industrial thermometer to see upto where it goes. At which point they evaporated, smoked up. @volklub see

They are not adding any additive anymore. Plus thr is huge ethanol doping going on in Oil Depots. 100s of ethanol tankers from sugar mills lined up outside depots. No proper petrol-ethanol mixing measures. Vw group, hyundai nd evn mercedes facing this headache. Injector failing, fuel pumps loosing steam. FE is largely hit bcz of altered compression ratio because of poor fuel chemistry

Any more insight on that,is it not being implemented or something else?

This e20 has turned out to be nightmare. If anyone wanna se the magnitude, can contact me. All turbo petrols are struggling. Last week i faced one testimony of Hycross had 3 injectors failed… Evn 2 wheelers facing the heat. Have infinite queries nd data where new two wheelers just widin 5000 kms facing missing problem

Yes very safe to use infact it will make combustion better nd efficient resulting in lower carbon soot emission in unburnt form which tends to clog DPF in all BS6 diesels. For regular use please use ADON- D (Indian oil marketed) Nd premium stuff in amsoil’s n liquimoly super diesel additive

Yes it is fine. Because current lineup of pink global coolant is Glycol based which is nothing but antifreeze. It cn be diluted or topuped with fraction of normal water. So no issue… But yes nly in fraction of quantity as topup…. Otherwise in substantial case nly ready to use premix

Definately. Extended warranty is must buy for all these modern cars especially turbo charged direct injection engines. So get the maximum warranty you can. As your car has clocked 83000 kms and its 5 years so car so its definately BS6 1.5 Idtec earth dream, get the DPF’s soot mass scanned and if found to be 50grams plus, Get DPF changed. If its Ivtec petrol. Literally u dnt need anything

@volklub Sir I have a 5 years old Honda WR-V, driven 83,000 kms. The extended warranty expires in August 2025, what parts should I get checked which can be replaced in warranty? Also the showroom salesperson is giving me additional one year warranty for 16K, should I take It?
