Filing nominations is the first time @actorvijay has had to do anything official or serious in politics - and he needed three attempts to get it right. I have never seen any serious politician correct their nomination papers after filing - they review it 20 times with their lawyers and auditors before filing to get it right. Maybe Vijay is yet to learn that in real life you don’t get unlimited “retakes” and you can’t get by with punch dialogues!

Currently outside India. I will return after a change in governance in Tamil Nadu.
I was summoned and interrogated for 4+ hours by Chennai Madipakkam S8 Police — simply for tweeting about @SavukkuOfficial. So much for freedom of speech.
I’ve questioned Customs and even the Central government in the past — and was treated far more respectfully than this.
At a time when the state is facing rising crimes against women and a worsening drug problem, the focus seems to be on silencing voices instead of solving issues.
Unofficial DMK IT networks appear to be handpicking individuals and pushing them into police action to crush dissent.
