The answer to day's test: YES The demand zone was well bellow current fair value. (The magnet for price).. It was also still fresh and had a gap which suggests a large imbalance. With a profit zone greater than 3 to 1, this was a high probability opportunity. What are your thoughts?

Hospitals will not only charge a facility fee and other random costs BUT ALSO , if they believe the insurance company is willing to pay MORE THAN WHAT WAS ON THE PATIENT BILL, THEY WILL INCREASE THE BILL to the insurance company. Of course the insurance company then charges the self insured employer the higher amount. Our healthcare has become a game of who can rip off who and get away with it. Too Big To Care - all of it. Something to note: Lennar’s order book is up double digits YoY, and is almost double pre-pandemic levels. Cut the price and the buyers will come back.
