We urgently need assistance! One of my top ASINs is missing the featured pricing BuyBox. We have opened multiple cases because the competitive pricing from my website is being incorrectly matched to the wrong product on Amazon. @dharmeshmehta

So which one are you? Do you let delicate feelings get in the way, or do you push through the pain to become elite?
Breakthroughs require grinding through setbacks and disappointments.
Your breakthrough is coming if you don’t take a break.
Let’s stay consistent, trust the process, and achieve greatness

When you fall off the path, get back on. The path of hard work, discipline, and ownership leads to freedom.
You must make things happen. Be obsessed with your dream. Wake up every day and put in the effort. Your grind must match your dream.
Consistency isn’t just about talent—it’s about never giving up.
Stay predictable. Stay consistent. Embrace the grind, and it will reward you.
The process of getting better is painful, but winners embrace it because it produces the best results.
English

Ever wondered why some people achieve greatness while others remain average? It’s not about talent, luck, or intelligence—it’s about one simple yet powerful habit: consistency.
Small daily acts of improvement, done consistently, lead to staggering results.
Some of you want to be champions but don’t want to work like champions. Show up. Real champions put in the work even when no one is watching.
Consistency is key.

Thank you for sharing your story. It's inspiring to hear how investing in your mental health has made such a positive impact on your life.
As a fellow business owner, I can relate to the struggle with depression. When I started my business, I was deeply depressed from not hitting sales targets.
Later, even after achieving financial success, I found myself in a different kind of depression, questioning my purpose in life.
It's a reminder that mental health is crucial, regardless of where we are in our business journey.
English

Last year I was in a facility for depression and anxiety for about 1.5 months.
This year has been one of the best I’ve ever had.
Every other day I tell my wife how happy I am now.
There is no shame in taking a break to invest in your mental health.
I was so worried about falling behind or what people would think. But whatever. I couldn’t care less now.
Living this life is so much better than the alternative.

More time" is what everyone wants on this planet.
But here's the harsh truth - You can't get more than 24 hours in a day!
No matter what you do, you'll always have just 24 hours. You can't get more, and you can't get less. ⏳
So, the real challenge isn't about finding more time. It's about gaining more clarity. More clarity on your top priorities. 🎯
Once you identify your priorities, you can intentionally say "no" or "not now" to distractions. This keeps you focused on your main goals.
Without clarity, you'll always feel like you don't have enough time. So, focus on what truly matters.
Make every hour count. 💪

The percentage of people exaggerating their achievements is likely higher than 20%, perhaps even closer to 40%.
It's a complex issue driven by fear of failure, the need to maintain appearances, and the desire to attract investors and clients.
Ultimately, honesty and authenticity are the best paths to sustainable and long-term success.

@trentjhughes Cultivating a dedicated following is the blueprint for breaking into and dominating competitive markets like alcohol, proving that authenticity and targeted marketing are now essential for brand success.
English

This is Happy Dad
It's done over $120 Million since starting a couple years ago
Founded by the Nelk Boys
It's an amazing case study on the power of cult followings and brand
Alcohol is a very tough market to break into.
But after gaining millions of die hard followers, Nelk knew their market:
21 to 40 year old males who like to party.
When they released it in stores, fans lined up to buy it.
It sold out everywhere it went, and alcohol doesn't sell out normally.
Now you can find it in almost any grocery store, on end caps and premium spots.
What we can learn from them?
-Cult followings win
-Know your market
-Build buzz and scarcity around your product
-Have a big vision
It'll become a billion dollar brand and company.
Any alcohol brands you think do marketing and brand building better?

@trentjhughes Hiring an expensive salesperson can be worth it if they bring extensive experience, a proven track record, and immediate results

It's a cost that seeps into every aspect of your life, subtly shaping how others perceive you.
You might not even realize it, but settling for average has a ripple effect:
- It impacts your self-esteem.
- It affects your relationships.
- It influences your career trajectory.
But here's the good news: You have the power to change this narrative. 🚀
Commit to being great. Not just good but genuinely exceptional at whatever it is you do.
Whether you're a parent, business owner, friend, artist, athlete, or listener - strive to be the best.
The world needs more people who are passionate, dedicated and committed to excellence.
Remember, being average is a choice. So is being great.
Choose wisely.
And watch as the world starts to see you in a different light. 💡
Because when you commit to greatness, you elevate your life and inspire others to do the same.
So, what's it going to be?
Will you pay the high price of mediocrity or invest in the rewarding journey towards greatness?
The choice is yours. Make it count.
P.S: Thank you for taking the time to read this. Your commitment to growth and excellence inspires me every day. 🙏🏽💫

@carkerpox @LeadershipAcad1 And that ambition brings you the profits
English

@mussaverse @LeadershipAcad1 Very industry dependent. A 5x revenue to salary is ambitious.

I've been wrestling with this recently...
(read to the end)
An invisible part of compensation is "Stability".
Comp includes Pay, PTO, other benefits...
But also - implicitly - "Stability".
(Many would accept a lower wage for a guaranteed job of the next 10 years and require a higher wage if they could lose their job tomorrow).
Therefore, as an operator, you have the heavy responsibility to your team of running a highly efficient, profitable endeavor.
Without cash flow and profits, you risk an unforeseen downturn or liability sinking the ship for everyone.
What does this mean? Practically...
1) You can't feel bad about the business making money. It's your responsibility.
2) You need to educate your team so that they understand this.
3) You have to make decisions that are painful for the few to protect the many (cut one person to improve margins for the rest of the team if they aren't producing needed ROI).
4) If you aren't the kind of person who understands this and can execute this while still loving and caring for your team then you are not worthy of the responsibility to operate a company.
-----
This is a hard season for a lot of businesses. This is my attempt at summarizing a heavy feeling I've been carrying for months. If you have any comments or thoughts or ideas, I would take them. Cheers.

@carkerpox @LeadershipAcad1 In my opinion each employee should generate at least $500k worth of revenue if they are earning $100k a year.
Your revenue divided by the number of employees should be close to $500k. If its not your employees are not productive.
English

I have thought a lot about the added transparency into a teammates need to drive profit.
Early on, we weren’t as open as we should have been and it led to I think a sense of entitlement amongst our team and a belief that we were the “rich owners” even though we were barely making payroll.
One of the hardest thing for employees to wrap their head around is “we pay you 5k per mo. But that doesn’t mean you need to generate $5k in value—it means you need to generate $15k/mo at least.
30% to labor, 40% to ops/cogs, 30% to us…etc
(Often much lower to us obviously, but you get the point)
English

@LeadershipAcad1 Making difficult choices, such as letting go of underperforming employees, is sometimes necessary to protect the majority. It’s not about being ruthless but about being realistic and responsible.

I cannot endorse this enough:
Spiritual well-being is as important as physical well-being.
Imagine working out your body while neglecting your soul.
Sounds imbalanced, right?
Incorporating practices like meditation and mindfulness helps keep everything in harmony.
It's about more than just muscle and cardio – it's about inner peace, too.
Balance is the magic word!
So, ask yourself. Am I spiritually fit? If yes, comment down below to swap tips!
