@mutant_rabbit @notch Yes, users are the network. What you view gets temporarily cached (with safeguards), so content spreads naturally and becomes harder to censor And yes, we want users. The more users we have, the stronger the network becomes 💪

@LumenStack @notch read through it a bit. as someone pretty technically inclined, at first glance I'm fairly confused. It should be dumbed down a bit for the simpler audience. you don't just want a platform of developers, you want a platform of users. do all the clients act as content distributors?

@mutant_rabbit @notch It’s in our browser (beta version). Basically, it’s a demo of a decentralized chat that uses IPFS and PubSub (to simplify, it’s like IPFS’s opportunistic WebSocket)

I love programming so much! Except maybe for the part where wgsl has undefined/vendor specific behaviour on IEEE-754 floats (not wgsl's fault). Who cares what the ulps are doing anyway?

A mere 85 days ago I decided I was going to try and write my own custom game engine from scratch. Might not look like much, but just got the first pass of point lights working and I'm loving how its all starting to come together. #gamedev #indiedev
