this is terrible news. ALL of my pieces have used gfycat as a gif mirror of streamable videos. so, unless i wanna go find & embed all the corresponding streamable urls between now and september 1st, it seems my old work will be text filled with dead links.

Concerns over Cam Whitmore’s feel are legitimate. But there’s a couple factors that somewhat alleviate the concern IMO:
1) he had very high stl & dreb rates — other metrics that have some indication of feel for perimeter prospects
