You didn’t answer my question But yes I do think he needs to be better but I have to live in reality he’s playing 35 minutes a game, 40 on most nights he’s tired the few play he gives up aren’t critical and he gets them back with more. He has the best upper body of any guard since Russ, I don’t really worry he’s a winner he’ll do what’s necessary

I heard that Darius Acuff Jr. might be the worst defender in the NBA next year. Watched his defense during the SEC Championship to see if people were exaggerating. It's pretty rough.

@BKSecretsports Not asking him to be a lockdown defender. If he can be a little below average, he's gonna be a terrific player in the NBA. A lot of prospects are bad. It's rare to be this bad. Even as an Acuff fan, I think you'd agree that he needs to be better at the next level.

Somebody tried to own me by posting my profile pic and the people immediately came to my defense. When you are 41 with two small children destroying your sleep/exercise routine for six years, hearing "you look like a normal Korean guy" is a bigger win than you can imagine.

@HOGS4DWIN Yes they do. You don't notice it because they are moving incredibly fast. If you watch in slow motion, you can see all of the decision points that they have to nail perfectly or else give up an open layup/3. x.com/StephNoh/statu…

For the "they don't play defense" crowd. NBA defense is more complicated than you probably notice in real time, and these guys oftentimes nail every single decision. Great job here by the Hawks forcing the 24 second violation.

@burner_samuel @HPbasketball This was off a missed 16 foot jumper where the big held the ball for three seconds on the rebound and Vandy lightly jogged it up the court. In my opinion, he didn't have to break off and stop the ball, and if he did then he should have communicated a switch.

With the talk about Charlotte's starters, I haven't seen as much on Atlanta's starters. They are currently the best lineup in the league, outscoring opponents by ~30 pts/100 poss. Last night, it was +22 on 43 poss. - Every starter is better on both sides when with the starters.
