I’ve never used these pens but I have heard decent things about them. You could just use a normal syringe to take out the last 10 to 15 units and put it into your new vial. Would take seconds. Or I wouldn’t be surprised if someone out there makes a 3-D adapter to get that plunger to push that last little amount.

All Star pens are surprisingly precise and accurate They look and feel cheap, but they work really well If I dial 20 units, they deliver exactly 20 units I’ve checked both my pens 5–6 times with different doses and they’re consistently accurate You just need to press a bit harder at the end to squeeze out the last drop One drawback: You cant get out the last 10-15 units medicine out of the catridge using these pens @rorynotsorry

Zero Peps; Four Labs Are Now Reporting a Similar Unidentified Contaminant Vanguard Laboratory has repeatedly detected an unidentified contaminant across numerous peptide samples. The substance produces a distinctive UV peak at 274 nm but doesn’t closely match anything in Vanguard’s HPLC spectrum library, which includes hundreds of peptides, modified peptides and known impurities. Two Vanguard spectra have now been compared with a third spectrum measured by Janoshik from a Retatrutide 30 mg sample. Janoshik believed they appeared to show the same substance. “I think so, there’s just so many of them, there’s no way you’re getting something else,” he said. Testides and Analiza Białek have also reported a similar unexplained finding. That means four independent laboratories may now be encountering the same or a closely related contaminant, although this has not yet been conclusively confirmed. The substance appears in UV analysis but hasn’t been detected through LC-MS. Janoshik suggested it may be highly volatile and recommended GC-MS as the next step. He has agreed to run the additional analysis. The contaminant remains unidentified. The possible library matches generated by Vanguard were not close enough to provide an answer, and the adipotide label visible in its data merely shared a retention time, it wasn’t an identification. Nothing has been conclusively identified yet, and it hasn’t been confirmed that every laboratory is detecting exactly the same compound. However, the similarities have led to suspicion that these zero-peptide vials may originate from the same source. Four laboratories. Similar unexplained findings. All associated with vials containing no detectable peptide. The contaminant remains unidentified, but it could provide the first clue connecting apparently unrelated zero-peptide samples.

@HackneyManLee Sanofi AllStar, the plastic one. 50 units have 51.6 and 10 gave 10.3. Very nice to use, I think people don’t consider much much better the lower weight and size make it to use. It does leave some units on the cart though. V3 or Adapted Novo go all the way.

Last week was shit. On Friday, GPT 5.6 was actually retarded. Making the kind of mistake unseen in 5 series. It made me want to break my keyboard in half. But they insist that they don’t touch the models and that there’s no “make retarded” button that they use before releasing the next model. We must be all imagining things.

Hello people of Sol! I've reset usage limits for all ChatGPT Work and Codex users. Together with that, a quick update on GPT-5.6 Sol usage limits. Over the past few weeks, many of you have told us that Sol was using your Codex limits faster than expected. To be clear, we have not reduced usage on any subscription plans. We’ve been digging into what was happening and have landed several improvements. As a result, we expect your usage to last around 18% longer during typical use of Sol. Some of you should already see significantly larger improvements from today. Tomorrow, we’ll also restore the five-hour limit that we temporarily paused while investigating. Here’s what we found: - GPT-5.6 Sol is much more willing to work for longer, make additional tool calls, and coordinate complex workflows across tools and subagents. That makes it better at solving hard problems, but some tasks were using far more than we intended. - Sol also works harder at the same reasoning effort than previous models. High on Sol can use more tokens than High did on GPT-5.5. - Programmatic tool calling, also referred to as code mode, gives Sol much more flexibility to run tool calls in parallel or continue working while waiting. But it also led to more responses per turn, more cached input tokens, and higher usage than expected. - This was particularly noticeable when Sol was waiting for tool calls to finish or running many web searches. We’ve improved how we handle both cases and are continuing to make code mode more efficient. - The impact was also very uneven. The median user actually found Sol quite token efficient, while some power users working on harder tasks saw their usage drain much faster. We were very focused on average and median usage before launch and missed some cases where the long tail could use significantly more usage. Sol is a significant step forward in what Codex can do, but capability and efficiency do not always improve at the same pace, and some issues only become clear once people are using the model at real-world scale. We should have recognized this sooner and been more upfront about it. You keep pushing the frontier and we’ll keep improving efficiency and sharing updates as we go.

PepGuide just made it easier to share your own personal experiences. The world needs more anecdata! Open to all free visitors as well to download and share their experiences. Users that have purchased full guide and site access (one time fee) can upload their experience and have it stored on site if they wish. Mainly though, I wanted people to have an option for easier sharing. I've been asked so many times how one peptide worked for me. This keeps a tab on your name, social handle, and other details that people are bound to ask you. I have forgotten many times exactly how I reconstituted. Never again. Plus it gives anyone else a QR code back to the card form so they can create their own. Please share far and wide!

The first truly transparent peptide vendor that also wants to contribute to the space will be the one that displays how many customer accounts make repeat purchases for each peptide. That for me is the biggest indicator of the efficacy for any given peptide or supplement… I’m sure GPT can code an algorithm for their site to anonymously show this data. Or perhaps I can aggregate the data from all PepGuide vendors and do it myself. Orrr maybe someone with more time can steal this idea and do it on their peptide site! Regarding methylene blue - I still have half of my original bottle in the cabinet from two years ago if that tells you anything.

Does anyone have good experience to share on Methylene blue? I’m finally on the off ramp of Tesofensine (I don’t believe these should be used together) and have dug a lot into it, but it seems to be all over the place on user experiences. One of the things worth it? Nah? It’s cheap nonetheless.

Also just vibes, but historically speaking isn’t this “low” (not saying it’s acceptable)? Wasn’t this number like 30% at some point? Maybe @Krysia830073 remembers and can link to something. If we consider that people are more likely to test when they’re suspicious, that’s also a bit less bad.
