🧪Systemic ICIs added to BCG (ALBAN / POTOMAC / CREST) reduce recurrence (number needed to treat = 25 at 2 years) but cause substantial toxicity (number needed to harm = 5). 🔬BCG remains the standard of care in NMIBC – intensification should be limited to selected patients.
