@rlvanessagrant I just read something that reminded me of this conversation- “what if you propose mutually beneficial trade-offs that result… creating a win-win for you and them?” Not sure if this is helpful- all I know is you’re amazing and people are lucky you are in their world helping!

@rlvanessagrant Asking for what you need, setting boundaries & saying no to things that (a) won’t get done anyway since you’re over capacity & (b) if they do get done likely won’t be your best quality, represent the trifecta of self care and love!! Also…people respect you for it I promise!❤️

@SlackHQ lately I realize sometimes when I add a conversation that has multiple people on it to a group/ section it won’t show up in the grouping (or in recent DM tab at all) on mobile but it shows up on my desktop- is there logic I am missing or a bug?

@SlackHQ No! Just one account. It seems a pattern might be if I start the thread on desktop and move to mobile … I search and find it but it’s not in any list or history!
