We lost two days of vacation due to their mismanagement, and are starting week 4 of no luggage

@juanfergom @tapairportugal JFG! So random that we both had horrible experiences with TAP lost luggage. We are at 18 days and still no bag. Already back in the US. Haven’t had any updates, no one answers the phone. Even went to back to a IAD a week later and was told no one could help with lost luggage 🤬

@tapairportugal Going on day 3 of family vacation with no luggage and absolutely no response from the airline on its whereabouts. Customer service is useless - hours spent waiting on the phone only to be hung up on when call finally goes through. How can an airline be run like this?

@tapairportugal 18 days since my bag was lost en route from IAD to BCN through LIS. I have been back in the US for a week and have NO communication from TAP. Website had no updates. Phone is never answered. There is no voicemail. Please, please, please find my bag! File reference BCNTP30003
