@mwennington Hi Matthew, thanks for your message and I understand your frustration. I recently met with the Floods Minister on this issue and I will be in contact again with the minister and Council to follow up on the issue of drainage and river management.

@AlbertoCostaMP your local constituency is suffering badly with flooding which will only get worse. The local council are happy to invest £500k on resurfacing a car park so they can introduce parking fees, but surely the money will be better spent clearing drains. Can you assist
