@Shapr3D whose idea was it to sort the parametric history from oldest to newest? By now I have spent more time scrolling down than actually modeling. Does anybody actually use your app for something than a 5 step tutorial?

@F1Help the fact that again and again absolutely nothing works is so infuriating. Chrome on Mac, just an indefinite loading spinner. Just fix your shit, I’m paying for it. Unacceptable.

@F1Help F1TV Pro purchased in Switzerland, but currently traveling in Germany. Not using VPN. It works on my iPhone on the same wifi btw, which obviously is a very different experience. To me that means that it can’t possibly be a regional issue. Has been broken on desktop so much.

@mxlje What subscription do you have and what region are you based in? Also, are you using a VPN at all?

@F1Help It’s unreadable. Looking at all the other people complaining here on Twitter this really looks like you need to fix something on your end. It’s the first race and probably the most people watching this season right now, but it’s not like you couldn’t have known that before.

@F1Help the stream quality seems to be quite poor and on iPad you can’t even explicitly set the quality. It jumps between the timings being barely readable and not at all. On mac (in chrome and safari) the stream doesn’t even start. My internet definitely is fast enough.

@F1Help My connection is stable and secure. I have logged out and back in multiple times and that didn’t fix it. I watched the Quali earlier (not live) and that also worked . I can’t debug this now though, im glad it’s at least working on my computer and I’d rather watch the race.

@mxlje By asking whether your internet is secure, I mean whether it is stable and consistent. If it works on your computer but not the iPad app, let's diagnose the app. Is there an improvement if you log out, delete it and try again? That clears the cache.

@F1Help Same issue here as for others on twitter, the iOS App just says there’s a network issue and doesn’t stream the live race. It works on my Mac and my network is definitely not the issue. I logged out and back in, restarted the app etc.

@F1Help Also what exactly do you mean by a secure internet connection in this context? I have no influence over how securely your app communicates with your servers.

@mxlje Please check your internet connection is strong and secure, and that you are not using a VPN, and try clearing your cache.

@F1Help And this happens quite regularly. I like F1 TV, but the reliability problems are annoying. Especially because there literally is no time and/or way to debug it and it’s stressful because missing the start sucks big time.
