@zoosmell_egbert I really want to go! I’ve been to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago many times, and theu also have a sturgeon touch tank. They’re so sweet, they swim up to you to get pet and it makes my heart melt

@mysillycomics have u ever been to the great lakes aquarium in duluth mn?? its so fun i got to pet sturgeons there :^D they also have a bunch of other neat animals

With coelacanths, I have to love them from afar. They can t be kept in captivity and I will realistically never go diving to see one.
With sturgeons, many species live right here in the Great Lakes! I can go to the aquarium and not only see them up close, but I can pet them too!

People can fish for and catch and release them during the season! They’re my prehistoric neighbors!!!
