Just read that the Ross and Emily storyline had to be cut short because Helen Baxendale got pregnant, and now I can't stop laughing at this scene where Ross is CLEARLY looking at one of the production crew in a wig while Emily is CLEARLY in a studio in England.

I hate when I’m watching something comedic and every character in it has the exact same sense of humor. It’s like the writers have never been a part of a funny friend group in their life. The true dynamic is Clown Triste, Sarcast, The Storyteller, Mean Quipper and local dunce.

I need to heartily recommend "Mammoth" on BBC1: it's basically "Gene Hunt: The Sit-Com" but so, so silly. A PE teacher gets buried in an avalanche in 1979, then comes back to life in the present day. Did I say it's silly? It's so silly. bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episod…
