@KLM BA cancelled our flight at the gate. We switched to you and were delayed in the blackout on the way back. You still managed to fly us home, give us a b’day surprise on board and locate luggage missing due to outage promptly. Sincere thanks for the fab customer service🙏

I want to cancel the whole trip - return flights as well -as we’ve switched to another airline or we would have lost 3 days hotel and our tournament opening ceremony. REFUND the whole trip please
