Our sources close to the situation that happened tell us the U-Haul in this video crashed into a woman changing a flat tire, killing her. Her child was reportedly in the vehicle. The suspect then fled & carjacked another vehicle, with a toddler inside who was abandoned a few kilometres away; police are still looking for a stolen Honda Civic.
