@RishabJainK My guess: Because this is how people write in real life & that's what it's trained on. Like when you see a person borrow a word from a different language when they know they share a common other language with the person they're talking to, or switch languages mid-way through.

@optoio The funny thing is if in firefox you check the "don't let this website prompt you anymore" button, It just goes into a reload loop. I think I'll leave this like this for a few days. 😂 Their stupid decisions meant to be annoying actually use more of their resources.

@optoio Yup, this is the wrong community to have done this to. After 22ish years of being a slashdot user, I'm not going to be coming back if I can't have my tracking blockers in place. Tech people are totally willing to jump ship over things like this.

@Sam_Ruston I'd love if the Cooldown feature in buzzkill had an option for "all apps" in addition to "that app" and "that conversation". I hate getting multiple notifications, and am looking for a way of setting a limit on how many notifications I can get in rapid succession.
