I have written an article for @thetimes in response to the new draft menopause guidelines from NICE. They are a step backwards for women. CBT may have a place when taking a holistic approach to managing the perimenopause, but it won’t improve every menopause symptom and won’t treat the underlying hormone deficiency. Women deserve to have a choice and if they want to take HRT they should be allowed to. It is about time women are heard and their symptoms and future health is taken seriously.

I think what's most heartbreaking about this whole situation is the casual way little children's feelings are being overlooked/diminished. They need support with transitions not uncertainty and stress #savecovuninursery

My feeling about acceptance testing is that it should be continuous, not something you do after you're "done." Have conversations as you're working. "Hey, could you take a look at this thing I'm working on?" When an actual user/customer says "that's great!," you're done.
