Hi @FNBSA Ad-hoc eBucks rule changes starting Nov 2025 are unacceptable. Long-time Level 5 clients will now be dropped to Level 3. Those locked into 24-month device contracts are hit even harder. Total bait and switch. Please reconsider, or many will be forced to leave. #eBucks

*Bryanston substation, Bantry distributor* Tripped on overcurrent. The outage is handed over to the morning shift. ETR will be advised in the next update.
*Northriding substation, Boundary distributor* Tripped due to a cable fault. The repairs are completed, and the power supply is ready for restorations.
*Northriding substation, Quorn distributor* Power supply is ready for restorations.

@CityPowerJhb plz send out technicians to investigate power outage concerning ext 9 and 10...apparently they were trying to steal cables on arcturus 🙄so I think there should be a good start🤔
@kulula Unfortunately I have booked the ticket with another airline, hence I require a refund and not an option to rebook a flight within 6 months. Kindly confirm that I will be refunded accordingly

Comair regrets that our flights have been suspended by the CAA for 24 hours. This will affect both British Airways (operated by Comair) as well as kulula.com.
@CityPowerJhb You honestly having load shedding in Lenasia after we had no electricity for 24 hours. Surely common sense can be used at times like this.
