If you are obsessed about something & think it’s obvious, just know that there’s very high chances it’s NOT obvious to the rest of the world.

Enoteco Maria – a kitchen that rotates grandmothers from different countries
Italian nonnas one night, then Japanese, Peruvian, Greek, etc.
Each grandmother cooks a dish from her own home kitchen traditions
They even made a TV show about it. Pretty cool
