@TicketmasterCS hi ive sent a couple of emails regarding souvenir tickets that im still waiting on ..it has been over a month since the gig and still nothing ..no communication or even acknowledgement .I either would like my tickets please as they were gifts or a refund

@British_Airways have tried to log in to My account and it's saying reset password .get the link sent to me and it's saying error password reset ,what's the best thing to do?
