Eighteen is the age at which society presumes individuals have developed sufficient independence, judgment, and life experience to participate in elections. Elementary school children clearly have not.
Those who believe young children should be out protesting understand this reality perfectly well. They simply do not care. They are exploiting the children's innocence for political ends. Such indoctrination should be treated as a serious offense.
We need felony-indoctrination laws to protect minors from this abuse.
