Been visiting my local city library and the entire building has been redesigned to accommodate mentally ill: - Separate entrance for parents vs non-parents - Separate bathroom only parents can use - Segregated floors with security to keep dregs away from children

@Babygravy9 so i just started lifting/working out after being propagandised by Bronze Age Pervert and Raw Egg Nationalist. I'm about 3 months in and I've hit a wall. I don't seem to be seeing any change any more and although I'm adding a bit of extra time to my workout nothings happening.

The problem with studies like these is that they never investigate the difference between beginners and trained lifters. For most beginners, almost any kind of stimulus will produce results, but after years of training, pushing to failure--or even beyond--may be the only way to make progress.
