@Jack_Palmer_inv @ProjectGokuu I watched the clip and she minimized any risks of myocarditis from the jab and stated that it was worse to be exposed to the virus than the jab regardless of age. Nowhere in the clip did she NOT recommend the jab. Thanks for confirming my opinion.

Dr. Rhonda Patrick just dropped a 3-hour masterclass on the Huberman Lab podcast. She shared 8 shocking insights about everyday things that are slowly making you sick: 1) Drinking water from glass bottles (has higher levels of microplastics than in plastic ones)

I had a whipple procedure over 10 years ago. I still have nightime waking and sometimes itchy feet and am wondering if TUDCA would help? I believe the bile issues were caused by difficulty in going through the bile ducts that were reconstructed with the Whipple. When I have referred pain in my shoulders using Digestive Enzyme really helps.

@MLiamMcCollum I'm a boomer outlier. I never considered taking the vax, refuse to listen to Fox News anymore even though I consider myself a constitutional conservative and like Tucker better since he went on his own.

The generational divide on Tucker Carlson is wild. It seems like all of the boomers I know believe he is deeply hateful and antisemitic (despite not listening to him since he left Fox), and all of my friends under 40 love the guy like he's a cultural icon.

For all of you who hate me because I healed my eyes and no longer need to wear glasses.... An older friend of mine of 40 years read that post, I saw him tonight. We were talking about it and he took off his glasses. I talked to him about how to relax his eyes...within 10 minutes, he said the blur was less, that he could see more clearly. I suggested he look up the Bates Eye Method, and get a Magic Eye book and walk around the house holding the 3 D image as he walked in different light levels. If he does that, his eyes will keep improving and then I can show him more. His eyes got better as we talked and walked. He was so excited. I did tell him to wear his glasses while he drove until his eyes were well enough to see clearly. He got almost immediate benefit. ANYTHING CAN BE HEALED! Love to you! Karen Lorre

The problem is even when I provided the supportive data to the MD on the actual facts of Cholesterol (I was in pharma for 40 years) the MD just used his Harvard degree to convince my husband that he needs statins. I guess those 3 potential extra days of life from statins is worth years of statin side effects. As an aside, after years of statins my husband still had a heart attack and years later a stroke. Garbage science.

Next time your doctor tries to put you on a statin, ask: 1) Does high cholesterol actually cause heart disease? 2) Does lowering it improve outcomes? 3) What happens to longevity when cholesterol is low? You might save yourself a lifetime subscription to a toxic medication.

@SabbySabs2 The State Department is also not assisting people in Qatar. My Son in law was on the last flight out Doha before they shut down the airport. Had he been on the next flight he would still be there -- unassisted by the US in returning home.

Mike Huckabee refuses to acknowledge the truth about the Iraq war and acts shocked when presented with the facts: Huckabee: “How many Americans put their boots on the ground for Israel?” Tucker: “Everybody who served in Iraq.” Huckabee: “Did not.” Tucker: “Where did we get the information about the weapons of mass destruction that wasn’t real?” Huckabee: “We didn’t get that from… you’re saying we got that from Israel?” Tucker: “Yes, this has been widely written about and discussed.”

@Cernovich So true. I have liberal friends whose views are opinions based on partial facts sandwiched in MSM propaganda and distributed widely within their liberal echo chambers. It’s like trying to untangle a bowl of spaghetti. It can be done, but it’s exhausting.

I can't have normal discussions with people who don't read X. I'm happy to listen, to see what delusions they are under. And people can attest to my listening skills. There's no point in responding to them tho. They are not at baseline factual reality.
John LeFevre@JohnLeFevre

I don't watch TV or visit many websites. I rely on my curated X feed and links shared in eclectic group chats. My friends who don't use X have shockingly lower real news IQ and perspective. They are fully bubbled / obtuse on politics, news, culture, foreign policy, memes, etc.

Bret Weinstein explains that “the mythology that is necessary for us to function” is captured by “power players and money” to “convince us that we know who the good people are- The good people are the ones who go to the doctor and get the injection that makes us all safe from disease. And the bad ones are the crazies or the selfish ones who, because there's some tiny little risk of something, aren't doing their part to protect the entire planet or whatever the thing is. And the point is, this mythology is somebody's position statement that they have lodged in a kind of religious place in the in the population.” Learn more about the history of vaccines and where hesitancy stems from in Bret Weinstein’s latest Inside Rail with Brownstone Institute Founder Jeffrey Tucker. @uTobian Well said Toby. It is difficult to conceive of voting for either party as it is only trying to pick the better of two bad choices. If republicans hold the house and senate in mid-terms it validates them, which is unacceptable, but losing gives too much power to democrats.

We're in a difficult spot. Democrats are psychopaths who want to trans children, blot out the sun, and enslave humanity via iatrogenic injury. Yet Republicans still do the bidding of industry. So that leaves sane people leaning right but basically politically homeless.

Patrick Bet-David gets blown away when doctor reveals which type of exercise truly cuts your risk of premature death. DR. RHONDA PATRICK: “New data shows that if you’re doing vigorous-intensity exercise… for every one minute you do of that, if you’re wanting to lower all-cause mortality, you have to do four minutes of moderate intensity or an hour and a half of light.” PBD looked confused and stopped her to clarify what he had just heard. DR. PATRICK REITERATED: “So for every one minute of vigorous intensity is four minutes of moderate intensity. You have to do four minutes [of moderate exercise] to get [the same] all-cause mortality [benefits]. Light is an hour and a half.” PBD: “Stop it.” DR. RHONDA PATRICK: “That’s for all-cause mortality. Dying from all non-accidental causes. It gets better.” PBD: “Oh my god.” DR. RHONDA PATRICK: “If you’re wanting to prevent cardiovascular-related mortality, for every one minute of vigorous [exercise], okay, this is cycling, this is jogging, swimming, you have to do eight minutes of moderate intensity [to reap the same benefits]… So eight minutes of that. Or… the one- to two-hour range of light exercise. So that would be just walking around the house basically.”
