Łatwo tu o populistyczne wyzywki od darmozjadów ale ten system działa na całym świecie od XIX wieku. Nowelizacja jedynie usprawnia istniejące już, archaiczne prawo. Naprawdę nie rozumiem co dokładnie budzi Twój sprzeciw. Likwidacja prawa autorskiego w tym kształcie oznaczałby że wszystkie dzieła należą do wszystkich. To dopiero byłby czysty, ekstremalny komunizm.
