@Expedia That’s all good and well, but that reprimands your host and generates penalty fees for Expedia (VRBO) but that doesn’t help the renter. You claim to have a ‘book with confidence’ guarantee but create as many barriers as possible for someone to claim.

@vrbo I had my reservation cancelled by a host at the last minute. I was very disappointed but was assured that VRBO would help me book an alternative property and cover the difference in cost. After following all instructions, I am still waiting for my full refund two months on.

@Segway Very bad experience with Segway Support .U.K. Many issues with my ES2 scooter. They won’t repair a dangerous defect with my 9 month old replacement ES2 causing it to unlock and fold while riding! They won’t escalate or raise a complaint. Very badly let down.

@VodafoneUK I purchased Vodafone Broadband with Apple TV 4K package in Jan and connected to the service on the 14th February. Got the router days before the connection date, but NO Apple TV. Several chats and calls to customer service told me it was on the way. Still no Apple TV.
