@jaslenmena @ATT We are having the exact same issue and live in the same building. My husband is a doctor and can’t take emergency hospital calls while in our apartment. We will also have to switch carriers of this is not fixed immediately. ATT has offered us 0 support. @ATT

@ATT I’ve been a customer for over 9 years and for the last three weeks, my entire apartment building and hundreds of others within a few blocks have not been able to take calls or have service due to a tower being down. ATT has offered 0 support and I’m about to switch carriers

@Cleanly getting in touch with anyone from your company is a complete nightmare. I’d like to get my clothes back considering it’s been over a week since you picked up. I don’t understand how you guys are still in business.

After all the trouble they put me through (having to buy new clothes for my trip since they didn’t return mine in time) - THEY DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND. What a terrible service. And to top it off, I just returned from my trip and my clothes was never delivered. @Cleanly

Wow. Have had the WORST experience ever using @Cleanly. Not only did they not pick up my laundry in time - they didn’t follow delivery instructions, deliver it when requested or ever deliver my clothes AT ALL. Its also impossible to get in touch with a live customer service rep.
