Beware of the PWill drinking game. In this game, you take a sip every time he stands still or slowly jogs back when a teammate shoots, instead of attacking the offensive boards. You may find yourself inebriated if he gets 10-12 minutes of action.

Everyone is entitled to celebrate the W vs the anti-Warriors, especially w/ Josh/Matas playing well. A small decrease in mins would have yielded growth & a better chance at a difference maker. As a fanbase, we should desire a 7th banner, not W’s vs G-League competition.

@cbefred Sitting down your youngest players who are having some of the best games in their career when we're locked in to having anywhere between the 7th-9th worst record is a bad argument. The Bulls aren't going to lose every game the rest of the year. Coaches don't tank.

If the Bulls fall from the 9th to the 10th lottery slot, their Top-4 odds drop from ~20% to ~14%. That’s about a 30% reduction in the chance to land a true franchise talent. In a draft with elite players at the top, every meaningless late-season win comes with a real cost.

We “won” tonight against a starting lineup of D. Green, G. Santos, A. Horford, B. Podziemski, and W. Richard. Was it really worth it if that win costs us a shot at top-4 draft positioning? Because every win like this makes it less likely we get there.

I need to finish looking at the shot chart, but I believe Matas scored 41 without 1 mid-range basket. I don’t believe his shot profile is a problem.
