@Lilywhite_Rose That team is better than our starting 11. Kudus and Odobert on the wings with Xavi behind Solanke. What an attacking 4. 🥲

🚨Tottenham have suffered 3 x ACL’s to their first-team playing staff within the last 18 months alone, Xavi Simons would be a 4th player: ❌Radu Drăgușin ❌James Maddison ❌Wilson Odobert ⏳Xavi Simons 🤬Our Medical Department have a lot to answer for. #THFC | #COYS | #SPURS

@Hendrik31331811 @Slipcatch When do the Springbok players ever play for the Sharks? If they not injured they rested. Plus how many of the Sharks players start for Rassie? People act like the Sharks have the whole Springbok team. Those that do start or play for the Boks have been injured.

@Slipcatch Guys something is wrong at the Sharks. John P. Shaun E and now JP cannot fix the culture. IT IS NOT THE CURRENT SPRINGBOKS. Because Rassie and his team is slautering all other International Teams with them. Maybe it is time for new Management at the Sharks......

Sharks situation now!! Sharks moved on from Siya already. Move on from Eben, send him to Japan. We all hate the word, rebuild, but with a young coach like JP, you have to rebuild, with a balanced squad between youth and experience, stay away from active Springboks as far as possible. Thomas du Toit is on his way. All good. Support JP. He is going to need 2-3 years of your patience.

@Slipcatch They need to fix the injuries. No team can perform with the number of injuries to key players that the Sharks have had. Any team missing key players will struggle. If they fix the injury issue and stop chopping and changing players we will see a different performing team.

@BevanSmith2 @Slipcatch The issue with the Sharks is not hunger or too many Springboks. The issue is there is no continuity because of injuries and resting players. They have never played the same team 2 games in a row. Every week someone gets injured. It’s impossible to build momentum like that.

@Slipcatch Crazy theory for why the sharks are struggling to perform, even though they have so many Boks: they aren't hungry. So many have won 2 world cups and and and Just a theory. How can a team of so many Boks simply never get anywhere

@oJaayCo An academy player won’t play which is the same as Madders not playing but Madders offers more in terms of inspiration and advice from the bench as what an academy player would.

@craig_dw He has played very under Ange till he got injured. And played very well for the first part of the season including scoring crucial goals for us. It doesn’t help that our team on a whole have been poor most of the season under Frank. And people only remember current form.

@FMC_Rugby @GusMcgusface He was still in an up right position when Hooker was grounding the ball. There was absolutely no reason to dive on him except out of frustration. And the worst part of this is you trying to justify his actions and Morgan not even being sorry that he injured another player.

@GusMcgusface ‘after he grounded the ball’ EH still moving to the ground when LM dives. Video displays this better than the photos. Also the impactful contact is with the forearm. Collisions during act of scoring a try happen all the time. People move on from them after 5 seconds if no injury

Expected Luke Morgan would get cleared. Clumsy, and so unfortunate for Ethan Hooker, but I don’t see a clear intent to injure. First time I’ve seen a long term injury from a rugby collision like this; I expect they may look to tweak the laws around it as a result

@FMC_Rugby Please explain how you gage that there is no intent to injure? He has no chance of stopping the try and merely dives on Hooker leading with the elbow. Please explain how you came to this conclusion? Is it because he is Welsh and any other nation would be intent to injure?

@TactiCoys I remember before his injury the whole fanbase was blaming Bentancur for everything that went wrong. Now suddenly he is the savior. This fanbase is tiresome.

Benta is the key player for the next period after Xavi, he is improving a lot under RDZ, especially in the double pivot role. The injury made him play more conservative, but training sessions based on short, fast passing are helping him find his rhythm again. ⅓

Bentancur’s return improved us massively 💪

@Malachians I think the other issue with VAR is the concept of clear and obvious error. At times the VAR is more concerned with if the ref made a clear and obvious error rather than simply focusing on is it a foul/penalty /handball etc.

Dermot Gallagher is a perfect illustration of the problem with VAR. Once a referee is sent to the monitor it’s immediately suggestive and completely prejudices the decision. That referee will immediately feel pressure to agree with his colleagues who sent him there. A human being in that situation is far more likely to agree with his colleagues even if they’re wrong than to disagree with them and risk being the only one wrong. Every week we hear Dermot Gallagher absurdly contradict himself because he’s not interested in what’s right, he’s interested in who’s right.

@Superspurs131 Brighton are the form team of the league and if we can play like we did against them for the rest of the games we will win most of the games left.

Really impressed with Xavi and Bentancur.. Bissouma, Solanke and even Gallagher were pretty solid… Bergval did great for the goal but just doesn’t look right… I’m absolutely broken after that… I really thought this was it… I can’t see a way back now… 😢

@adamdnathan But you are dissing him. There’s no reason to complain about Archie at all. I’m a big supporter of Bentancur because I believe he has unfairly been the scapegoat but at the same time there’s no reason to complain about Archie while praising Bentancur.

@nathant74 I’m not ‘dissing’ anyone. Gray has a load of potential, but today showed why you don’t throw teenagers into central midfield of PL games and expect them to win them for you. They understandably lack the maturity to really thrive

Nothing against Archie Gray, but Bentancur, who has been just fine, has put in the best half from a Spurs midfielder in five months. These are the base levels required. Bit of a reality check for these kids

Soul-crushing end to the game but I’ll focus on the positives. This was a good performance for us. If De Zerbi can lift the groups spirits and make the good parts of this performance stick, we still have a chance to stay up. This is bad but for the first time I feel some hope.

@Adbainospurs @adamdnathan You are hating on the kid because you are forgetting the games he has been our best player. Start with all the other senior players before you start picking on Archie. Cause quite honestly he has been our most consistent player this season and he is 19. 🙄

Marco Senesi Very nice passer of the ball, lacks the athleticism to be an especially good high-line defender. If we stay up but recruit the likes of Senesi and Robertson we'll be right back in this mess again next year.

@NathanAClark They free so I guess that’s the main reason behind signing them. Maybe RDZ’s main focus for the defence will be their passing ability and not their recovery pace and ability to play in a highline. Dunk and Van Hecke are also not the most mobile defenders.
