@layzspa Made a warranty claim back in September, wrong parts sent, multiple support cases and no resolution. Case now closed as pump is out of warranty even though issue was never fixed .. #poorcustomerservice#poorproduct

@footlocker husband received incorrect trainers contacted cusomter service and never received a response. Now case is with ‘management’ and still no response for 3 weeks order was made beginning of May ... any help??
