Due to a fire incident at the Data Centre site, some MCA services are currently experiencing slower performance/ technical issues . @authorityiepf Thanks for your reply but it did not help me anyway I already raised grievances 4 days back and provided additional details they asked like CIN,email is etc but no update after that.Again they ask me to upload videos,screenshots.Except OTP issues all other issues remain unresolvd

Due to a fire incident at the MCA Data Centre site, an unscheduled switchover to the Disaster Recovery (DR) site was undertaken as a precautionary measure. As a result, some MCA services are yet to be fully restored. We regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and cooperation while restoration activities are being completed.
