From 2020 to 2026: NYC: $2,950 to $3,600 Chicago: $1,750 to $2,280 Philadelphia: $1,550 to $1,740 But in some cities, it has actually fallen: LA: $2,280 to $2,050 Has rent increased significantly since 2020 where you live?
