A week with family in Greece. My first holiday as an adult without alcohol. Realised I needed and wanted a break from it last year. 333 days and counting.
The sunsets are just as wonderful.
Thought I’d share as reading others’ experiences gave me the strength to start.

As James hit the bar before the play off final came to its inevitable conclusion, my 3 1/2 year old announced he would like to start going to football matches with me.
