@Ncell how do I stop voice calls? As if SMS, app notifications, and call tones weren’t annoying enough. Blocking numbers doesn’t help, you keep calling from new ones. Respect user consent! I have your app installed and can browse and buy packs as needed.

@prshantdeula @Ncell @neorohit the way it works these days is if you still have a validity date before doing your recharge, it doesn't go up. only when you're out of validity date it will increase to the amount as set by the recharge amount. the validity date won't increase until your previous one expires.scam

This is a valid concern. Another valid concern is banning incoming call when you have 0 balance. Regardless of your balance, your incoming calls should never be banned. @Ncell @NepalTelecom_NT

@chandangoopta @Ncell @NepalTelecom_NT He understood this during his stay at remote Gorkha while campaigning. Nonetheless, its a great initiative. We faced so many issues like this one. Another is bank deducting Rs 10 after every payment or transfer. Hope he knows this too.

@PrabinAcharya There are things that @NepalTelecom_NT currently botches. 'SadhainOn' from @Ncell autorenews but ntc doesn't have that AFAIK. Notification are sometimes 24 hourslate. As they have an app, have proper notification/controls from it where possible. NTC do have great hourly pack.

People should pay attention too. Example of valid concern for me: My grocer doesn't give me fresh veggeies even when there is money in my bank a/c. The grocer should automatically get the money from my bank without me doing anything(let alone blink of an eye) and the veggies should be at my kitchen top without me moving an inch. 🙏
