@ncsecu this app SUCKS. I lock my card in between transactions to manage my money and this app makes it so infuriatingly difficult with all the crashes!!!! My app is up to date and this is the only feature that is malfunctioning. Please tighten up asap

@ncsecu needs to do better! I have been experiencing technical issues with the mobile app for 2 days. It’s ALWAYS something that causes inconveniences. My debit card is locked & because the app is TRASH I cannot unlock it right now and this service is not offered on the website.
